I have been a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach for just over 14 years, and have a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. To say the least, I was put on this earth to teach women how to lose weight without restrictive diets or hours in the gym.
Since starting my business with my husband 4 years ago, I've had the honor of helping hundreds of moms redefine their relationship with fitness, nutrition and themselves.
