Hey! I'm Rachel, your deep health go-to who's passionate about teaching women the connection between the body and mind.

 

Through my journey cultivating my own sustainable health and self-confidence, I became a NASM personal trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and I've even delved into the extensive study of the relationship between women's menstrual cycles and strength training. 

 

This unique journey led me to create a novel approach for you called Cycle Aligned Progressive Overload™. By working with nearly 100 clients, teaching around the world, and uncovering the profound effects of stress and negative self-perception on health, I've developed EmpowHERYOU.
